The epoxidation of β-ionone over the Pt/MCM-41 catalyst using molecular oxygen in the liquid phase had been studied. The results

This work has been concerned with the synthesis of the hydrogels of poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (NVP), poly (hydroxy ethylmethacrylate) (HEMA), and their copolymer under the effect of gamma radiation in the presence of N,N‐methylenebisacryl‐amide (MBAm) as a crosslinking agent. The effect of the different factors that may affect the gelation and yield product, such as solvent composition and irradiation dose, was investigated. The formed hydrogels were characterized in terms of swelling in water and different organic solvents, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and IR spectroscopic analysis. The sorption capability of these hydrogels towards some commercial basic and acid dyesstuffs was also studied. The results showed that a solvent mixture composed of equal contents of water and methanol is the most suitable to afford the minimum sol fraction and the highest yield product at a minimal irradiation dose of 10 kGy. It was observed that NVP hydrogel displayed the highest swelling in water, alcohols, and dimethyformamide of ~1300% and a lower tendency to swell in nonpolar solvents. The results showed that HEMA hydrogel has a high affinity to absorb basic dyes while NVP has a tendency for acid dyes. Also, the sorption of either the basic or acid dyes by the different hydrogels was found to greatly depend on the concentration of dye in solution and the mass of the used hydrogel. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Gutta‐percha cone is the most widely used material for root canal filling. The in vivo aging of this cone focus on the degradation of its main organic component, trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene, was studied. Aged cones (25 samples) from 2 to 30 years of root canal filling were extracted from different patients in the occasion of retreatment by mechanical way. The information about the aging time was given by the patients. Gel‐permeation chromatography (GPC) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were the analytical techniques used. Polyisoprene degrades with time of aging, but in a slow process. Decrease in polymer molar mass from 5.7 × 105 to 1.7 × 105 g/mol was observed in polyisoprene from cone after 30 years of root canal filling and inside a noninfected tooth. In tooth with caries and periodontal infection, the decrease in molar mass is higher (4.6 × 104 g/mol in cone with 10 years of aging). The production of carbonyl and hydroxyl groups in the aged material indicates that the process is oxidative, even in closed teeth. In these cases, the oxygen could be provided from tissue fluid. The degradation mechanism is complex and depends on many factors, besides time of root canal filling. The dental problem caused by the aging could be the production and migration of cytotoxic substances to periodontal ligament and the reduction on the canal sealing property due to the polymer weight loss. Nucleation effects of 2,2′‐methylene‐bis (4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenyl) phosphate metal salts as a nucleating agent for isotactic polypropylene (iPP) were investigated with differential scanning calorimeter and polarized optical microscope, and their effects on mechanical, optical, and heat resistance properties of iPP were also studied. The results showed that monovalent metal salts of substituted aromatic heterocyclic phosphate such as sodium salt, lithium salt, and potassium salt had a good performance. With 0.2 wt % of sodium salt, lithium salt, or potassium salt incorporated into iPP, the crystallization peak temperature of iPP could be increased by 13.5, 13.6, and 15.0°C, respectively; the mass fraction of crystallinity of iPP could be increased by about 5%; and crystallization rate was enhanced increasingly. Meanwhile the tensile strength and flexural modulus of iPP could be increased by about 10 and 30%, respectively, and the clarity and heat distortion temperature of iPP could also be improved significantly. But bivalent and trivalent metal salts of substituted aromatic heterocyclic phosphate had little effect on properties of iPP. 摘要:为解决常规聚合物无法满足超高温深井酸化压裂的技术要求,本文分别以丙烯酰胺(AM) 甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、AM DMC SMA(十八烷基甲基丙烯酸酯)为原料,通过自由基聚合制备出两种耐酸聚合物SY-1和SY-2,并对其结构进行表征及性能测试。结果表明:SY-2红外谱图中720 cm-1为—(CH2)n—的弯曲振动吸收峰,单体成功接枝到聚丙烯酰胺分子链上;热重分析表明,SY-1升温至600℃失重比为98%,SY-2失重比86%,热稳定性得到改善;质量分数为20%盐酸中,SY-2质量分数0.8%:180℃,170s-1流变性能测试,SY-2剪切终点黏度56mPa?s,90℃、120℃、150℃剪切1h,黏度为83.6mPa?s、43.5mPa?s、27.8mPa?s,剪切稳定性分别为85.66%、74.45%、52.01%; 180℃、3MPa条件下,静态酸岩反应速率为8.94?10-5(g/cm2?s),较常规SY-1反应速率1.69?10-4(g/cm2?s)减小一个量级。且与缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂配伍性良好,克服高温酸化压裂技术的应用瓶颈。 相似文献

将乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(E-MA-GMA)三元共聚物与聚碳酸酯(PC)增韧聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT),研究了其力学性能、亚微相态和强韧化机制。结果表明,当m(PBT)/m(PC)为50:50,三元共混体系在w(E-MA-GMA)为10%时,缺口冲击强度达93 kJ/m2,同时拉伸强度达到54 MPa。扫描电子显微镜观察发现,E- MA-GMA作为柔性界面层,起到反应性增容作用,使PC分散相的相畴尺寸变小。PC相特有的相形态以及柔性界面层的存在是三元共混体系强韧化的主要机制。 相似文献

采用化学气相沉积法在镀有SiO2膜的钠钙硅玻璃基片上制备了Sb掺杂SnO2(antimony-doped tin oxide,ATO)薄膜.研究了基板温度、基板输送速度和氮气流量对ATO薄膜结构和性能的影响.用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、紫外-可见光谱仪、双光束红外分光光度计对薄膜的结构、形貌和成分进行了表征.结果表明:沉积温度为490 ℃以上时,薄膜主要以四方相金红石结构存在.随着基板输送速度的提高,薄膜择优取向由(110)转变为(200).薄膜中掺杂的Sb以Sb5 的形式存在;当基板温度为530 ℃时,薄膜表面的C没有完全燃尽,以C-O形式存在于薄膜中.薄膜的可见光透过率随基板温度的升高而增大.具有(110)择优取向的薄膜的红外反射性能较好. 相似文献
